MOVING FORWARD

MOVE IN DAY!

Pay the initial rent and balance of your security deposit. Your Security Deposit will be placed with The Deposit Protection Service for the duration of your stay with us.

TENANT SCREENING

We'll need some basic details from you to complete the application process

HOLDING DEPOSIT

Pay a Holding Deposit which is the same as one week's rent, this will be put toward your security deposit
