  • What is the Wi-fi reception like in each house?
All our houses have wi-fi and we source the best provider available in the area. This is re-analysed every year, and if we can find a supplier with better speeds we transfer to the new supplier. You are welcome to do a speed test at the house before you move in, to re-assure yourselves about the quality of the reception.
  • Who lives in the house?
The majority of our tenants are professionals aged 25-35. Approximately 70% of our tenants are new to Aylesbury, having relocated for a new job, and are looking for like-minded people to socialise with. We run social activities 2/3 times a year to enable our tenants to meet like minded people in the local area.
  • Do you accept Housing Benefit?
Unfortuantely we do not take DSS tenants, our tenants are all working professionals.
  • How long is the tenancy contract?
We have a standard 6 month tenancy agreement, but most of our tenants stay significantly longer than that. Our average tenancy is over 18 months.
  • Can I share a room with my partner or friend?
We have a limited number of rooms that are suitable and licensed for couples. We will state on our advert if we accept couples for that particular room.

You will need to supply details of your previous landlord and current employment details. We will also need sight of your last 3 months bank statements.
  • How long does the application process take?
Once you have decided on your room, the application process usually takes around 1-2 weeks. The quickest time has been one day! It really depends on the speed of your, and your references responses. If you need to move quickly, as a private landlord, we will do everything we can to achieve your deadline.
