ABOUT US
Professional Living is a partnership between Andy & Gaynor Jones and their two sons Ben and David. Andy and Gaynor bought their first house in 2012, and have since with the support of Ben and David, become the largest provider of privately owned shared houses in Aylesbury.

They had all experienced living in shared houses, and had generally been very frustrated with both the poor standard of accommodation available, and the general lack of responsiveness of their landlords when problems occurred.

They aim to not only provide the best shared houses in Aylesbury, but also to ensure that they run smoothly and deal with any issues that arise quickly and efficiently.

Professional Living is linked to a professional network of landlords across the Uk providing high quality houses in 100 locations across the Uk.

We answer the phone when you have a problem and we sort the problem out as soon as possible.
We are dedicated to maintaining the houses at a high standard, we have a rolling 3 year re-decoration programme. This applies not only to the communal areas of the house, but also to the rooms within it. So if you have been in your room for over three years we will re-decorate it, at no additional charge, at a convenient time for you.

We have a dedicated Tenanted Manager, Kelly and a dedicated Handyman Greg, who are focused on providing support in addition to the core team.
We run social activities 2/3 times a year for all our tenants so that you can meet like-minded people.

Tenant Liaison Manager
Kelly will typically be your main contact both in terms of progressing your application, and providing any assistance throughout your viewing and tenancy with us.
Greg
Maintenance Manager
Greg works solely with Professional Living, and makes it his mission to solve any maintenance issues that may arise throughout your tenancy.
